At Adris Jewellers, we strive to provide the best quality of products. Goods sold are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect with the product or if you received an incorrect item. We also do not accept returns for incorrect sizes. Please kindly read the product description before purchasing. Customers are required to email us at inquiry@adrisjewellers.com within 1 day from the date you received the product and we will assist you further.

Please send us an email with detailed pictures and videos showing the defective area with your proof of purchase (receipt).

Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Please make sure it is packed properly and securely to avoid any damages. Once your return item is received, we will inspect the item and we will notify you via email.

Adris Jewellers has the right to approve or reject your return based on your claim. We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange received after 7 days of the date of purchase. In addition, we also reserve the right to deny a refund if you do not meet our return policy guidelines. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs to return items back to us.

If your return fits the criteria, you will receive an email about your refund. Please kindly allow 14 working days for the payment to be processed.
