Q1: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
We provide FREE shipping on all orders within Peninsular Malaysia. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted. We do not deliver to Sabah and Sarawak.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a email / message from us before delivery to confirm the delivery time.
Once tracking number is updated, customer may need to keep track your parcel status. Courier companies sometimes do not inform when they deliver the item to you even when we request to do that. Any complaint MUST be made within 72 hours from the date that we ship out the item.
Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can. Deliveries may take up to 2 to 5 working days in Malaysia. As much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcel delays are beyond our control. But then, we assure that we will help as much as we can to make sure your item reaches you.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE)
Q1: What are the shipping costs?
We provide free international shipping.
If you cannot find your country in the list upon checkout, please email us at email@example.com, we will assist you from there. Tracking numbers will be provided for all services by email once the order has been processed. Parcels may require a signature upon receipt.
Q2: How long is the shipping time?
Usually, we process all orders as soon as we can and shipping time will be within 5 – 14 days. These transit times are subject to custom’s clearance, transport conditions and volume of mail traffic.
Q3: Customs and Import Charges
We will not bear any GST/Processing Fee on Merchandise/Duty and Tax charged by your respective country (Outside of Malaysia).
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches selected countries. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (FedEx within your country).
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
